 Dear Person,

Things might be difficult for you right now, maybe even without you realising, and I won't tell you things will be okay because everyone says that, and I can't predict the future.

     What I will say though, is that things will get better. Not permanently, there will always be ups and downs, but if you just hold out, things will change. If they don't, MAKE them change!

Remember that time a while ago when you felt unable to keep going? Remember when you kept on going, despite feeling so dark inside?

You can do it. I believe in you, even if you think no one else does, I do.

If you feel like the world is crumbling, don't ignore all the hands that are held out to help you, take one. They have free will, and with that will they made a personal decision to offer their aid to you in dark times, so don't turn away. Don't brush it off as "pity" or "it wouldn't work," how do you know unless you try?
